WEEK 1

21st March 2024: 

In our first week, we focused on laying the groundwork for Popcorn Caramel Mokmok by conducting market research, drafting our company strategy, and setting precise goals with team members like the marketing and production managers. This sets the stage for future success! We also focused on role assignment within the team, ensuring that each member's job aligns with their expertise and contributes effectively to the project. Here are the positions owned by our team.

22nd March 2024:

We made significant progress this week in the Popcorn Caramel Mokmok project by exchanging resumes for each other's team roles. This helped us understand each other's credentials, backgrounds, and career goals, promoting openness and clarity in our qualifications and project contributions. This approach fosters candid communication and teamwork, laying a solid foundation for our business. Here's how our resumes look.

WEEK 2

28th March 2024: 

During our second week, we focused on crucial areas for Popcorn Caramel Mokmok's development. We completed our business strategy, sourced premium ingredients, formed alliances with vendors, and worked on branding and packaging with the marketing team. This sets the stage for the next phases of production and our product's market entry.

WEEK 3

4th April 2024:

During our third week, we focused on advancing the development and design of the Popcorn Caramel Mokmok corporate website. We ensured that our target audience can easily understand our brand story, product offerings, and values through engaging and user-friendly website content. This included effective writing, selecting great images, easy navigation, integrating interactive features, and implementing Search Engine Optimization (SEO) methods to boost organic traffic. These efforts set the stage for a successful website debut in the near future.

5th April 2024:

During our digital marketing session for Popcorn Caramel Mokmok, we explored social media marketing, SEO strategies, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics tools. This gave us a thorough understanding of digital marketing principles essential for promoting our brand online successfully.

7th April 2024:

All E-commerce students participated in a webinar that was delivered by a digital programmer (MADI) namely Madam Nur Hasibah Mohd Najib, whose concept is E-Marketplace Shopee (Basic). In the webinar, we were exposed to the knowledge of how to register as a Shopee seller, strategies to promote goods in the Shopee platform, techniques to give discounts to customers, a guide to building the right platform, and various other important tips and guides that allow us to optimize the use of E-Marketplace Shopee effectively.

WEEK 4

16th April 2024:

This week, we made progress in selecting eco-friendly, large, and long-lasting containers for our popcorn caramel. For prompt delivery, we completed the specifications and initiated procurement. Additionally, we created two sizes of packaging for both practicality and style, which enhances product presentation and customer convenience. Our packaging strategy is working well overall. We ensured top-notch quality at every stage of packing our renowned Popcorn Caramel Mokmok. We organized the packing space efficiently, maintained strict quality controls, and monitored packaging materials regularly. Our focus on quality inspections guarantees a superior experience for our customers with each pack of Popcorn Caramel Mokmok.

17th April 2024:

We worked hard to finalize the concept, secure locations, matchy outfits, hold pre-shoot meetings, carry out the photoshoot, and participate in post-production tasks like editing and choosing images for promotion of Popcorn Caramel MokMok members' photoshoot. We made sure everything ran smoothly, kept lines of communication open with all parties involved, and produced a final result that perfectly captured the essence and style of the band.

19th April 2024:

We've been working together to making TikTok content to advertise Popcorn Caramel Mokmok's delectable caramel popcorn. We're showing off all the different ways you may savor our popcorn, like mixing it with your favorite libations or incorporating it into inventive meals. Our audience has responded wonderfully, showing us an increase in participation and excellent feedback. In order to creatively incorporate our brand, we're also investigating trends and difficulties on TikTok. All things considered, our TikTok content approach is assisting us in increasing brand awareness and sparking interest in Popcorn Caramel Mokmok.

WEEK 5

25th April 2024:

This week, the e-commerce class was held physically for the first time.  During the class, Dr. Fatihah which is our lecturer, briefly briefed us on the project requirements. We are required to update the website about our products and improve more in our contents. At the end of the class, we met Dr. Fatihah. She reminds us about wix analytics to be included in the report so we can see the performance of our website and other social medias.

WEEK 6

30th April 2024:

From 8 am to 4 pm, we had a fun shooting day to create videos promoting Popcorn Caramel Mokmok. The teams put forth a lot of effort to document a range of scenarios that highlight our mouthwatering caramel popcorn, such as its creation and presentation. To successfully engage our target demographic, we concentrated on emphasizing Popcorn Caramel Mokmok's superior quality, mouthwatering flavor, and distinctive packaging. The filming went well, and we're looking forward to the upcoming promotional material that will highlight the success of our products and the story of our company.

1st May 2024:

This week, all students taking the e-commerce subject attended a webinar organized by Falkulti FKP, namely Shopee Advanced.  This webinar was delivered by Coach Mohsin Mokhtar as Digital Entrepreneur Expert.  In the webinar, we were exposed to how to do marketing in the shopee application, learn how to set prices, and how to make a commission from shopee.

2nd May 2024:

 In this class, Dr. Fatihah as a lecturer for the subject of e-commerce explained in more detail about the company profile.  In addition, Dr. also explained a little bit about the content in the company profile which is tasks for this week. We need to fix some information on the website including the ingredients in the product content, change the background color, size and product image.

3rd May 2024:

The planning stages of a filming session to gather material for Popcorn Caramel Mokmok's corporate video are presently underway. This video will have two purposes: it will be used for social media promotion and to improve our company's website with interesting information. Our goal is to convey the core of our brand, emphasizing our love of making mouthwatering caramel popcorn together with our dedication to excellence and innovation. With the help of this video, we hope to establish a stronger connection with our viewers and convey our message and core values in an engaging and powerful way.

WEEK 7

9th May 2024:

We attended an e-commerce class where Dr. explained the company profile and the type of material magazine that she wants us to use for our project. She briefly discussed the website's features and functionalities, emphasizing the importance of user experience and navigation. Additionally, Dr. talked a little about the upcoming carnival COMEI 3.0 day, highlighting its significance for showcasing our e-commerce project and networking with industry experts.

WEEK 8

15th May 2024:

We successfully adjusted the website per Dr. Fatihah's requests, improving user experience. We also created a flipbook about Popcorn Caramel Mokmok, completing the complex editing process. Additionally, we restocked our popcorn for next week's Shopee Live session to meet anticipated demand. These efforts show our commitment to continuous improvement and readiness for upcoming sales.

WEEK 9

20th May 2024:

Our team at Popcorn Caramel Mokmok is excited to join the Product Marketing Creative Video competition at I-CREATE 2024's Mega Entrepreneurship & Innovation Carnival (COMEI 3.0). We have developed a compelling concept that highlights our unique selling points, focusing on our quality ingredients. The video will showcase the craftsmanship behind our caramel popcorn. Additionally, we aim to emphasize our product's versatility for various occasions. With a strong narrative and engaging visuals, we are confident that our creative video will effectively capture the essence of Popcorn Caramel Mokmok and resonate with the judges and audience alike.

21st May 2024:

Today, we made significant progress in preparing for the Shopee Live session on 26th May 2024, where we will be showcasing our Popcorn Caramel Mokmok. We successfully acquired all the necessary items for packaging our popcorn, ensuring that our transparent packaging is in optimal condition. In terms of the Shopee Live session planning, we have scheduled the event and entice viewers to follow our store then make purchases.

WEEK 10

26th May 2024:

Our Popcorn Caramel Mokmok team had an exciting Shopee live session at 2U2I INCUBATOR (2u2i) for an hour. In just 20 minutes, we sold out our entire stock, thanks to the overwhelming support from our customers. Their friendly and supportive comments made the experience even more enjoyable. We are grateful for their enthusiasm and look forward to continuing to provide our delicious popcorn.

28th May 2024:

Our team, which is Popcorn Caramel Mokmok, efficiently wrapped and shipped out orders from our Shopee live session. We focused on meticulous packaging, ensuring each order was neatly wrapped and securely packaged for delivery. Our attention to detail and commitment to providing a delightful unboxing experience reflects our dedication to customer satisfaction and maintaining our brand's high standards.

WEEK 11

4th June 2024:

With the third batch of Popcorn Caramel Mokmok packaging, we are coming along nicely. In addition to our original caramel and vanilla flavors, we now have a limited edition dark chocolate flavor. With its decadent flavor, this new flavor hopes to appeal to a wider range of palates. This batch will stand out at COMEI 3.0 since all three flavors will be featured and sold there. We guarantee that every packet is made with the superior quality and freshness for which our brand is renowned.

5th June 2024:

When it comes to getting our booth ready for COMEI 3.0, we are really progressing. To highlight our signature caramel, extra caramel, and limited-edition dark chocolate popcorn, we've invested in eye-catching banners, display stands, customized table coverings, and premium packaging supplies. Additionally, we are prepared with marketing materials like business cards and posters. In order to emphasize our special selling advantages, our booth will have the appropriate lighting and signage. In order to guarantee that everything is set up effectively and that a large number of people visit our booth during the event, we are arranging the logistics.

WEEK 12

9th June 2024:

Today, we set up our booth for COMEI 3.0 with great enthusiasm, knowing judges would evaluate our presentation. We introduced a new dark chocolate flavor to our lineup, aiming to captivate judges and visitors with its rich taste and premium quality. Our team worked diligently to ensure every detail of our booth, from its appealing design to the organized product display, showcased the uniqueness of Popcorn Caramel Mokmok. We provided samples, highlighted our commitment to quality and included informative sections about our production process and sustainable practices. Our goal was to present Popcorn Caramel Mokmok as a standout brand in the competitive landscape of COMEI 3.0.

10th June 2024:

Today at COMEI 3.0, we, Popcorn Caramel Mokmok presented our product and booth with great success. We set up early, showcasing our unique selling points like quality ingredients and versatile packaging. Engaging with visitors through free samples and live updates on social media, we made several sales and gathered valuable feedback. Networking with other entrepreneurs opened up potential collaborations. Overall, the event was a success, providing positive responses and valuable insights for our business.

13th June 2024:

We are thrilled to announce our team’s success at COMEI 3.0, where we secured 1st place in both Video Creative Marketing and Best Project E-preneur for Popcorn Caramel Mokmok. Our innovative video showcased our premium ingredients and meticulous craftsmanship, while our entrepreneurial strategies and customer-centric approach earned us top honors. Thankful to Dr. Fatihah for all the learnings towards us. These achievements reflect our dedication and creativity, and we are proud to continue delivering exceptional products to our valued customers.
